Location: Tipton, Dudley DY4

Daily Rate: £110 - 120

Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), 08:30 – 15:45

Start Date: September 1st 2026

Contract: Long-Term temporary, Temp to Perm

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a genuine difference in children's lives? A welcoming primary school in Dudley is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups from September. This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils within the classroom and in the school's dedicated SEND provision, helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with SEND.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to small groups.
  • Support learning both in class and within the Inclusion Space.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEND in a Primary or Special school setting.
  • A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
