Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary School Westminster, W9 (commutable from Maida Vale, Paddington, St John's Wood, Bayswater, Kilburn)

Long Term Futures is working with a number of primary schools across Westminster to identify ambitious graduates seeking hands-on experience supporting pupils with a range of learning, behavioural and additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your understanding of child development, special educational needs and classroom practice while making a genuine difference to pupils' progress and wellbeing.
About the Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during lessons and learning activities
- Work with children with ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language Needs and SEMH
- Deliver targeted interventions to support learning and development
- Build positive relationships and encourage pupil engagement
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Gain exposure to a range of SEN strategies and classroom approaches
- Develop valuable experience for future careers within education and psychology

Ideal Candidate Profile
- A graduate in Psychology or a related subject
- Strong interest in child development, SEN or mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
