Long Term Futures is seeking a nurturing and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Reception with a focus on Speech and Language development. This is not a 1:1 role - instead you will work with small groups of children with additional needs, supporting early communication, language development and engagement with learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in Early Years, understands the importance of communication development, and is confident supporting children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).
