Long Term Futures are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Northfield.

You will be based within a Year 6 class, supporting learning while providing additional support for pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions and promote emotional regulation and engagement.
