Long Term Futures are recruiting a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming OFSTED 'Good' two-form entry primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. The role focuses on supporting learning across Year 5 with small-group interventions for pupils with SEMH, autism and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and support plans to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and effective learning strategies, within a term-time.
