Long Term Futures is recruiting a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Northfield primary school in Birmingham.
You will provide whole-class support in Year 5 and deliver targeted interventions to help pupils reach their potential.
The role emphasises support for SEMH, autism and behavioural needs, with collaborative planning with the class teacher and SENCO.
Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, starting September 2026.
