Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Birmingham, supporting students with SEND and helping them access learning throughout the day. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCo and pastoral teams to provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with structured lessons, manage behaviour, and help pupils progress academically and socially in a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm role.
