Long Term Futures is seeking an Inclusion Mentor for a Birmingham secondary school. You will support pupils who are struggling to engage in mainstream education, helping them reconnect with learning and attendance.

The role involves working with pastoral and safeguarding teams, providing 1:1 and group support, and promoting a calm, inclusive classroom. This long-term temp-to-perm post offers weekly pay and training opportunities.

ASAP start; Β£100-Β£115 per day; full-time, academic year.
