This full-time role focuses on building relationships, delivering targeted interventions, and promoting positive choices inside and outside the classroom.

You will work with pastoral and behaviour teams, liaise with parents and external agencies, maintain records, and contribute to safeguarding, de-escalation training, and ongoing CPD
