Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a secondary school in Ashbourne (DE6) to appoint an experienced and proactive Site Manager on a permanent basis. This is a highly regarded secondary school with a strong academic reputation and a commitment to providing an outstanding learning environment for students and staff alike. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and organised professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, and compliance of the school site.

The Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school premises
  • Ensure the site remains safe, compliant, clean, and fit for purpose at all times
  • Manage site maintenance schedules, repairs, and contractor relationships
  • Oversee health and safety procedures, statutory compliance, and risk assessments
  • Support the smooth running of school operations, events, and lettings where required
