We are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support a child on a 1:1 basis in a welcoming primary school in Hall Green. This role is ideal for someone with a strong presence, excellent behaviour management skills, and a sporty or active background. The child responds best to movement-based and engaging activities, so we are looking for someone who can build positive relationships through structure, energy, and consistency.
Responsibilities
