Long Term Futures Ltd. in Telford is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with EHCPs in mainstream classrooms and a specialist provision.

This role involves working with pupils with Autism, SLCN and SEMH needs to help them reach their full potential, often on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

You will collaborate with teachers, SEND staff and external professionals, adapting activities to individual needs.
