Long Term Futures is seeking a confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school in South Telford.

You will support neurodiverse pupils, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, both 1:1 and in-class, helping them regulate emotions and engage with learning.

The role offers full-time hours during term time with a long-term temporary contract.

The school values resilience, patience and a proactive approach, with trial days to ensure the right fit and access to CPD training.
