  • Experience in developing and delivering BTEC business at L3 and L2 qualifications.
  • Create engaging curriculum materials and adapt teaching strategies to suit all learners.
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, pastoral teams, and external partners to support student success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a relevant first degree and QTS.
