Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum Assess pupil progress effectively and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs Promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every child can thrive Support pupils\’ academic, social and emotional development Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the schoolThe Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum Is committed to high expectations and inclusive practice Brings energy, creativity and a passion for primary education Demonstrates strong classroom management and a reflective approachWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
