Long Term Futures Ltd is partnering with a SEMH school in Stamford to appoint a Therapeutic Teaching Assistant (HLTA responsibilities) from September 2026.
The role covers high-quality 1:1, small group and classroom support across Primary, Secondary and Post-16 settings.
The successful candidate will work within an independent therapeutic day and boarding school, supporting learners aged 5-19 with SEMH, Autism and complex learning needs.
