We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach with Learning Support Assistant (LSA) experience to motivate and develop students aged 11-14, supporting their success both physically and academically in a mainstream classroom and sports settings. A specialist SEN school in Lewisham is looking for a committed Sports Coach to deliver engaging physical activities, promote positive behaviours, and assist students across various subjects. Collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour and resilience.Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field. Experience supporting students with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs, or SEN settings. Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, patient, and motivational approach.
