Long Term Futures are supporting a vibrant secondary school in Harrow to recruit a Sports Coach & Learning Support Assistant to work across PE and academic lessons. This school has a strong sporting tradition, excellent facilities, and is proud of its inclusive ethos and student wellbeing provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PE teachers in delivering structured lessons and fitness sessions
- Run small group sports-based interventions for disengaged or SEN students
- Assist in mainstream lessons as a general TA when not coaching
- Provide behaviour support and mentoring to students with SEMH needs
- Contribute to extra-curricular clubs and whole-school sporting events
