Behaviour Mentor Location: Shrewsbury, SY1 Contract: Long-term/Permanent Day Rate: £105-£125 Start Date: September 2026 Commutable From: Telford, Oswestry, Wem, Much Wenlock, Church Stretton The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in the Shrewsbury area from September 2026. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils across multiple year groups who require additional behavioural, emotional, and pastoral support. Working closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and class teachers, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop positive relationships, and improve engagement both inside and outside the classroom. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and a supportive leadership team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a lasting impact on children's lives.
