Long Term Futures is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Selly Oak, Birmingham, starting September 2026. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism, non-verbal needs and SEMH, using PECS and Makaton where appropriate to help access learning in a safe, structured environment. This long-term placement offers potential progression to a permanent role, with a dedicated consultant, trial days, and access to free CPD on Autism Awareness.
