Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a Birmingham secondary school to support students with SEND, delivering 1:1 and small group support and assisting with lessons and structured activities.
The role focuses on secondary pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, working with SENCo and pastoral teams to implement strategies, monitor progress, and promote independence.
This is a long-term temp-to-perm position with ASAP start.
