Long Term Futures is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor to provide dedicated 1:1 support for an 8-year-old Year 4 pupil in a specialist SEN setting in Barnet. The role emphasises understanding underlying behaviours, building trust, and helping the pupil feel safe, regulated and ready to learn.
You will work closely with teachers and the pastoral/SEN team to support emotional regulation, set clear routines, and contribute to individual targets while maintaining firm, compassionate boundaries
