Long Term Futures is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented SEN Administrator / PA to the SENCo to join a supportive primary school in Haringey. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working within a SEND department who can confidently manage administrative processes, maintain accurate records and support the SENCo in the effective delivery of SEND provision across the school. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of EHCP processes and SEND administration.

About the Role

  • Supporting the administration and management of EHCP documentation and annual reviews
  • Assisting with the preparation, organisation and maintenance of SEND records
  • Managing confidential pupil information and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements
  • Supporting communication with parents, external agencies and local authorities
  • Maintaining accurate records using Excel, Word and school management systems
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating paperwork and providing PA support to the SENCo
  • Assisting with SEND referrals, reports and intervention tracking

This is a key support role within the school's SEND provision and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organisation and accuracy are essential.
