Long Term Futures Ltd in Rugby is seeking a resilient SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a 1:1 role at a local primary school from September 2026.
The successful candidate will support a Year 3 pupil in the morning and a Year 5 pupil in the afternoon, focusing on SEMH, PDA, and successful reintegration into the classroom, while building trust and promoting emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
