This full-time role involves delivering 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties, and additional learning needs, alongside the SENCO and pastoral team.
You will build positive relationships, support emotional regulation, and implement personalised behaviour plans within a safe, inclusive environment.
