Reception SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Rugby, CV22 Weekly Pay: £500 - £525 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (term time only) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term, Temp-to-PermLong Term Futures is seeking a caring and patient Reception SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rugby. The role will focus on supporting children within Reception with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop their communication and build confidence and independence within the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, providing targeted SEN support alongside wider classroom assistance. Experience supporting children with ASD, communication needs, Makaton and PECS would be particularly beneficial.
