Reception Teaching Assistant Location: Coventry, CV1 Day Rate: £95-£100 Full time- 5 days a week (Term Time Only) (Mon & Wed 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) (Tue 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) (Thur & Fri: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM) Start Date: 06/01/2025Are you passionate about early years education, and looking for a change in the new year? LTF Recruitment are on the search for a caring, friendly, and nurturing teaching assistant, to support children across Reception. The school is looking for someone adaptable and feels comfortable supporting on a whole class basis, small group & 1:1 basis. The role is based at a ‘OFSTED’ Good rated Primary School in Central Coventry and offered on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent. The Role: Supporting the class teacher with the teaching and learning in the classroom Ensuring all children and provided with a safe environment to learn in Running phonics sessions in the class Supporting pupils with SEN Who we are looking for: Hold Cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent. Must have experience working within a childcare or Primary setting. Knowledge of EYFS curriculum Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning. Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration, and self-esteem of pupils. Experience working with children with SEN. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
