Location: Feltham, London Borough of Hounslow

Pay: 105 - 115 per day

Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (Temp to Perm)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Class Teacher in delivering engaging Primary lessons.
  • Working with small groups to improve literacy and numeracy levels.
  • Providing 1:1 support for students with additional learning needs or EHC Plans.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and displays.
  • Promoting an inclusive learning environment for all children.
  • Supervising students during breaktimes and school trips.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades 9-4/A -C) including English and Maths.
  • A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
  • Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable.
