This Teaching Assistant job will involve supporting pupils with their daily learning, assisting the Class Teacher with educational activities, and ensuring a safe, stimulating primary school environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily high-quality care and supervision of primary school children. Support the Class Teacher with engaging educational activities across the curriculum. Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils. Assist with classroom management, individual pupil support, and small group work. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. What We\’re Looking For Experience: We\’re looking for individuals with experience in working with and supporting young people in an educational setting. Advantageous: Experience in and comfort with helping to manage challenging behaviour is highly advantageous.
