Long Term Futures is working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Central Coventry that is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher until the end of the academic year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development during the transition into KS2.
- Assess, track, and report pupil progress effectively.
- Create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and phase leaders.
- Differentiate planning to meet a range of abilities, including pupils with SEN.
- Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to meetings when required.
