Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in the heart of Croydon to find a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to join their team. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the National Curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Contribute to the school\’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues regarding pupil progress and well-being.

Key Requirements
- You must hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Due to the specific needs of this role, we are unfortunately unable to consider candidates who are currently in their Early Career Teacher (ECT) years.
- A minimum of one year of post-ECT teaching experience is essential.
