Long Term Futures is currently seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Pastoral Support Worker to join a vibrant secondary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to helping young people succeed by providing guidance, encouragement, and support with their social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Working as part of the school’s wider pastoral team, you will play an important role in supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them overcome challenges that may impact their education and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, safeguarding leads, and families to ensure students are able to access learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Duties:
