Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to lead a thriving pre-school provision? We are seeking a passionate and innovative Early Years Preschool Manager to lead an expanding EYFS setting attached to a Primary School in Oldbury, creating outstanding learning experiences that prepare children for a successful start to school.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the pre-school provision.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
  • Support children's development, progress and school readiness.
  • Lead staff, manage ratios and ensure compliance with the EYFS Statutory Framework.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, the parish and wider community.
  • Support children with SEND, EHCPs and additional learning needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent).
  • QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification.
  • Proven experience leading within an EYFS setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework.
  • Passion for child development, inclusion and outstanding early years practice.
