Weekly Pay: £460 - £500

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Nuneaton (CV10) to recruit a SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant. You will provide 1:1 support to a highly challenging EYFS pupil, working towards EHCP outcomes, while also supporting the class when required.

The Role
  • Deliver consistent 1:1 SEN support within an EYFS setting
  • Support learning, emotional regulation and engagement
  • Use clear routines, boundaries and de-escalation strategies
  • Assist with whole-class and small-group activities
  • Adapt tasks and resources to meet individual needs
  • Work closely with the SENDCo and class teacher
