Long Term Futures is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a small independent specialist school near Newark. You will work mainly with younger pupils to provide high‑quality 1:1 support, developing communication, engagement and early learning skills in a nurturing setting.
The role requires experience with autism or SEND, and may involve supporting older pupils across the school when needed. A Level 3 TA or related EY qualification is preferred, with some flexibility for Level 2
