Long Term Futures is recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. This role is perfect for graduates looking to gain meaningful, hands-on classroom experience before progressing into teacher training or a career in education.

About the RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 during lessons and independent learning
- Delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
- Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL and varying learning abilities
- Helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
