Responsibilities Upper/Lower KS1 Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum (EYFS - Year 2). Subject Specialism: Take a lead or supportive role in a specific foundation subject across the Key Stage. Progress Tracking: Use data-driven insights to monitor pupil progress, ensuring all learners, including those with SEND and High Achievers-are sufficiently challenged. Behaviour Management: Maintain an inclusive and focused classroom atmosphere in line with KS1 abilities Essential Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Proven experience teaching within a UK setting. A track record of raising attainment and supporting pupils through formal assessments. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
