Long Term Futures Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a Further Education college in Burton upon Trent.

You will provide targeted one-to-one and small group in-class support to learners aged 16+ across GCSE Maths, GCSE English and vocational programmes, helping students overcome barriers and build confidence.

This temp-to-perm, term-time-only role is 32.5 hours per week with a daily rate of 105–120 GBP, starting September 2026.
