This fulfilling role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behaviour challenges across KS1 and KS2, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural and emotional needs. Implement behaviour management strategies to support a positive learning environment. Deliver targeted interventions that encourage confidence, resilience, and self-regulation. Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a trusted mentor to support their development. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to promote inclusion and engagement in the classroom. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold relevant qualifications or have substantial experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role. Have a proven track record of supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional difficulties. Be confident working with pupils across KS1 and KS2 in both individual and group settings.
