Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Lambeth. The successful candidate will work within the school's SEN provision, supporting pupils with Autism and a range of additional needs to access learning and develop key social and emotional skills. About the Role:
- Support pupils with Autism and additional needs within specialist SEN provisions and intervention spaces
- Deliver both 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual pupil needs
- Encourage engagement, participation, and independence throughout the school day
- Help pupils develop positive relationships, communication skills, and emotional resilience
- Adapt support strategies to meet a variety of learning and behavioural needs
- Contribute to a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Liaise effectively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals where required
