Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for early learning? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Level 3 TA to join a welcoming primary school in Handsworth this September, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1.

This full-time role is ideal for a proactive and nurturing TA who thrives in a busy classroom environment. The school is proud of its inclusive ethos and is seeking someone who can deliver small group interventions and provide consistent support to help raise attainment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Leading phonics and literacy/numeracy intervention groups.
• Providing targeted 1:1 and group support to pupils needing additional help.
• Monitoring progress and contributing to planning discussions.

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a primary school setting, ideally in KS1.
• Strong understanding of phonics and early years curriculum.
• Proven ability to deliver academic interventions.
• Confident, reliable, and a strong communicator.
