Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Kingston for the remainder of the academic year. The Role

  • Provide consistent support within a Year 1 classroom, ensuring a stable and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver daily small group interventions, focusing on early literacy, phonics, and numeracy.
  • Assist the class teacher in monitoring pupil progress and fostering social development.
  • Take a proactive approach to classroom preparation and resource creation.
  • Work 1:1 with specific pupils who require additional emotional or academic scaffolding.
  • Cultivate strong, professional relationships with staff and parents throughout the year.
