Are you a confident HLTA with a Level 4 qualification, ready to take the next step in your career? A vibrant primary school in West Bromwich is looking for a dedicated HLTA to provide PPA cover, lead intervention sessions, and support learning across EYFS to KS2.

This full-time, long-term role starts immediately and offers a great opportunity to work across different year groups while making a meaningful impact.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver planned lessons during teacher PPA time across the primary age range
  • Lead small group intervention sessions focused on raising attainment
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support learning outcomes
  • Support classroom routines and contribute to behaviour management
  • Provide high-quality feedback on pupil progress

  • A Level 4 HLTA qualification or QTS
  • Experience leading whole-class teaching in a primary setting
