Are you a passionate and driven Maths teacher ready to lead a department and make a lasting impact on students' learning and progress? Long Term Futures is working with a thriving secondary school in Coventry (CV2) seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head of Maths to join their leadership team from January or April 2026.

Your Role
- Provide clear, impactful leadership of the Maths Department to drive standards and achievement
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3-5
- Lead curriculum design, assessment, and departmental planning
- Inspire, support, and develop teachers to deliver outstanding lessons
- Use data and assessment effectively to raise student outcomes
- Collaborate with other curriculum leads across the trust to share best practice and innovation

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Maths specialism
- Strong record of success in teaching and student progress
