Long Term Futures Ltd is recruiting a SEND Teacher to lead a specialist Lower KS2 resource base supporting up to 17 pupils with EHCPs for Cognition & Learning and SEMH needs at Washwood Heath, Birmingham.

The role is term-time only, Monday to Friday, starting 01/09/2026, paid to MPS/UPS scale plus SEN allowance.

QTS and strong EYFS experience required, with a focus on personalised learning and positive behaviour management.
