Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or an Early Career Teacher looking to gain hands‑on experience in a supportive primary setting? This Cover Supervisor role offers a fantastic opportunity to build confidence across Reception or KS1 in a welcoming, well‑resourced school. You’ll primarily support pupils and staff across the phase, with occasional responsibility for covering lessons. Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across KS1 and EYFS
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons during short‑term cover
- Run small group interventions in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
- Provide flexible support across Reception and KS1 classes
