The Role

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Has experience working with SEMH students or in a similar setting.
  • Will be happy teaching key stage 3 students (Year 8) (desirable).
  • Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students with additional needs.
  • Can adapt teaching styles to engage and motivate learners.
  • Has strong behaviour management skills and a passion for inclusive education.
