Long Term Futures are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Qualified Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Gillingham area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years teaching, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood pedagogy
- Experience teaching in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception)
- Excellent communication, creativity, and behaviour-management skills
- Passion for supporting young children's development and wellbeing
- Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and early years best practice
- All applicants must have an enhanced DBS and two references to be considered
