Long Term Futures Ltd is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Selly Oak, Birmingham, starting September 2026.
The role is term-time only, Monday to Friday, with a focus on pupils with Autism, non-verbal communication needs and SEMH, in a supportive SEN Hub.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, using PECS/Makaton and other communication aids to help learners access the curriculum in a calm, structured environment.
