Access to well-equipped facilities, designed to support diverse learning needs.Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and small-group teaching sessions aligned with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with ASD and behavioural challenges. Implement and monitor individualised behaviour support plans to promote positive outcomes. Manage challenging behaviours calmly and consistently, using de-escalation strategies where necessary. Maintain detailed records of behaviour and progress to inform future planning. Foster a positive and nurturing environment, ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated. Engage with parents and carers to share progress and collaborate on student development.About You: Previous experience as an ABA Therapist, Positive Behaviour Specialist, or similar role. A proven track record of working with children with ASD and behavioural needs in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and empathetic approach. Confidence in implementing behaviour plans and using visual aids to support learning.
